Recall of AC Power Adaptors for Telstra V900 TWIN Cordless Telephone

As set out in the letter you received from Telstra or the recall notice in the media, Thomson Telecom has issued a voluntary safety recall of AC power adaptors for the main telephone base unit, for the Telstra V900 TWIN cordless telephone. The affected AC power adaptors are identifiable by the stamped code located on the underside of the adaptor as per the diagram below.

If you have a Telstra V900 TWIN cordless telephone, please do the following:

1. Switch off the power at the power point and disconnect the AC power adaptor from the mains power point.

2. Check the stamped code or TE number as shown on the diagram. If your AC power adaptor code is either TE0606 or TE0706, then please click on the Register button below and complete the form.

If your AC power adaptor code is not TE0606 or TE0706, then your unit is not affected by this recall and no further action is required.
